What counts as a shopper message?
Each message a shopper sends to Omi counts, even within one conversation.
How do sessions translate into messages?
The estimator multiplies sessions by engagement rate and messages per conversation. Adjust each assumption to fit your store.
What if I need more than my allowance?
Extra messages cost $0.06 each on Starter, $0.05 on Pro, and $0.04 on Scale. The calculator includes these charges. Enterprise terms are custom.
How does annual billing work?
